This week we are finishing Amos Fortune, Free Man, and I am kind of sad about it.  It has been such a great book to discuss in class.  I think Amos (At-Mun) is an amazing person. What do you think?

Amos is a good man because he helped a lot of people. He also put off a bunch of his needs to help others.

I agree! He never stopped being good to others even when they were not good to him. He was an amazing person.
